Queridas estudiantes, para esta semana, por favor van a ver muy bien el video y a tomar nota del mismo en el cuaderno, anotando lo que les parece importante para luego poder realizar las actividades que se proponen. El tema es muy sencillo y tiene que ver con lo que hemos venido trabajando las semanas anteriores, todos los tiempos verbales, por ello es muy importante que tengan muy claro estos conceptos.

HOW TO FORM WH QUESTIONS or INFORMATION QUESTIONS

Después de ver el video, es importante que sepas identificar muy bien el tiempo verbal de las oraciones para que puedas saber el auxiliar que necesitas para hacer las preguntas correspondientes. Es importante además saber el significado o la función de cada WH QUESTION

WHAT - (qué, cuál) objects or personal information.

WHERE (dónde) places.

WHEN (cuándo) time or dates.

WHO  (quién o quiénes) people.

WHY (por qué) reason to do something, and the answer is with because.

WHICH (cuál) when you have options to choose.

HOW (cómo) the way to do something.

HOW MANY (cuánto) quantity countable nouns.

HOW MUCH (cuánto) prices, or uncountable nouns.

HOW OFTEN (con qué frecuencia) frequency to do something.

Remember you know how to ask interrogative sentences in all verb tenses, you simply add the corresponding WH QUESTION.

Here are some examples, take note:

She lives in Argentina, in this sentence you want to know the place where she lives, and the sentence is in simple present, for this reason, you need the auxiliary for the present, in this case, is DOES.
